ProovStation, European leader in AI-assisted automated vehicle inspection solutions, has closed a 10.4 million euro funding round. The raise, led by Supernova Invest with the support of Otium Capital and Crédit Agricole Création, comes four years after the creation of the Lyon-based company.
The company transforms a manual inspection process taking up to 30 minutes into an automated operation able to handle several hundred vehicles per day. The scanner performs a 360° sweep in three seconds, capturing more than 300 photographs analyzed by its algorithms to generate a complete inspection report.
Strategic partnerships
ProovStation works with Carrefour, Michelin and BCA Group to transform the used-car market. Stations are available free of charge in several Carrefour hypermarkets across France, offering owners instant estimates.
Planned expansion
The funding will densify the French network with around 30 deployments planned in 2023, while accelerating international expansion. The network already counts more than 130 stations in deployment across 13 countries.
